We’re hiring an Account Executive (Sales) at Focus Tiger

Focus Tiger is a science-backed productivity tool (SaaS) trusted by thousands of knowledge workers in leading companies. Built on neuroscience research at the University of Helsinki, we help people and organisations perform better, build winning habits, and prevent burnout through better focus.

We’ve grown profitably to €1M in annual bookings with 30% EBIT without external funding. As we scale toward our next growth phase and ambitious 2026 booking targets, we’re strengthening our sales team.

This role is for an Account Executive who enjoys complex, consultative sales, takes ownership of outcomes, and wants to grow with an ambitious startup.

You will own the sales process end to end and play a key role in shaping how sales is done as the company scales.

What you’ll do

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery to closing and contracting
  • Run high-quality discovery and value-based sales conversations with senior stakeholders
  • Build and manage opportunities with clear qualification and momentum
  • Balance healthy deal velocity with relatively high ACV
  • Navigate multi-stakeholder buying groups without overcomplicating pre-sales
  • Work closely with Customer Success to expand existing accounts and grow long-term customer value
  • Maintain strong pipeline hygiene, forecasting discipline, and data quality in HubSpot
  • Continuously improve sales execution through learning, feedback, and experimentation

You should be comfortable operating without guaranteed SDR support and take responsibility for your own pipeline and results.

What we’re looking for

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to run end-to-end B2B sales processes
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders and decision makers
  • Structured qualification mindset; familiarity with MEDDICC, SPICED, or similar methodologies is a strong advantage
  • High ownership, urgency, and focus
  • Data-driven mindset and accountability for results

Startup or scaleup experience is a strong plus, especially in environments where speed and execution matter.

This role is not

  • A transactional, low-context closing role
  • A pre-sales-heavy or overly complex enterprise sales setup
  • A role where pipeline discipline or follow-through is optional
