This recognition places us in the running to be named Finland’s best growth company, an honor that will be awarded on October 31st at the Kasvu Open Carnival in Jyväskylä. The excitement is building as we prepare to compete alongside some incredible companies for this prestigious title!
What is Kasvu Open?
Kasvu Open is Finland’s largest growth sparring partner for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). The organization’s mission is to help growth-oriented companies realize their ambitious dreams by offering free business development guidance, known as sparring, from industry experts. Since its founding in 2011, Kasvu Open has supported thousands of businesses on their growth journeys, connecting them with a community of over 1,600 professional experts who volunteer their time to provide advice and mentorship.
Why This Matters for Silta Education
Being selected as a finalist is a huge milestone for Focus Tiger and Silta Education. It means that our efforts to innovate and grow as an educational health tech company is being recognized on a national level. On October 31st, the city of Jyväskylä will host the Kasvu Open Carnival, where the jury will decide which company will earn the title of Growth Company of the Year. The panel comprises important figures from Finland’s business world, including Katriina Anttila, Chief Growth Officer at Good Ventures; Simo Kajaste, Group CEO at Hasan & Partners; and other distinguished experts.
The countdown to the event is on, and we can’t wait to see how the day unfolds. This is not just a competition for us—it’s a celebration of growth, innovation, and the spirit of entrepreneurship that drives companies like Silta Education to new heights. Whether we take home the title or not, being among the top 10 growth companies is an incredible achievement.
