What We Did

The neuroscience-based online Focus Tiger program kicked off with an exciting webinar and an eye-opening multitasking test, followed by the Focus Tiger Foundations divided into 20 daily packages. Participants also joined group coaching sessions where they discussed Seeburger’s focus practices on an individual, team, and company level.
